1. Agreement

By using jettsonsnowgear.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Jettson Snow Gears is operated from Tulsa, Kansas, United States.

2. Orders, Pricing & Price Match

All prices are in USD. We honor a 5% price-match against Cellanti Skis, Ski Barn and Corbet's on identical, in-stock items. We reserve the right to cancel obviously mispriced orders.

3. Payment

We accept Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Chime, Cash App and Gift Cards. Orders are finalized on WhatsApp with our team at +1 541 230 4083 to confirm payment before dispatch.

4. Shipping

Free shipping on US orders over $99. E-bikes ship fully assembled within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

5. Returns

Unused gear may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Skis and snowboards that have been mounted or tuned are non-returnable. E-bikes carry the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, phone and payment reference. We do not sell your personal information. Data is stored securely and only shared with shipping carriers and payment processors.
